These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale and supply of steel products and related processing services, including but not limited to cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, prepainted steel, electrical steel, tinplate, aluminized steel, aluminum-zinc coated steel, pickled and oiled steel, high-strength steel and stainless steel, as well as steel coil slitting, cut-to-length and other agreed processing services.

1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images and technical information published on this website are accurate and up to date.

However, website information is provided for general reference only. The final product specifications shall be determined by the quotation, technical specification, purchase order, order confirmation, drawings or other written documents mutually agreed by both parties.

Steel products may be subject to normal manufacturing and industry-standard tolerances in thickness, width, length, weight, surface condition, mechanical properties and other characteristics.

2. Quotations and Prices

All quotations are subject to confirmation by YeHui Steel.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation and may be affected by changes in raw material costs, market conditions, transportation costs, taxes, tariffs, exchange rates or other relevant factors.

The final price shall be the price confirmed in the applicable quotation or sales contract.

Any additional processing, packaging, inspection, documentation, storage, transportation or special handling requirements requested by the Buyer may result in additional charges.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding only after it has been accepted and confirmed in writing by YeHui Steel.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Product type and grade

Thickness and width

Coil or sheet requirements

Surface finish and coating requirements

Quantity and weight

Applicable standards

Processing requirements

Packaging requirements

Delivery destination

Required certificates or inspection documents

Any change to a confirmed order must be agreed upon in writing. Additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule resulting from such changes may apply.

4. Product Specifications and Standards

Products may be supplied according to applicable ASTM, EN, JIS, GB, ISO or other agreed standards, subject to availability and the specific requirements stated in the order.

Where the Buyer requires a particular steel grade, coating weight, mechanical property, surface finish, dimensional tolerance or testing requirement, such requirements must be clearly specified before order confirmation.

If no specific standard is agreed, the product will be supplied according to the specifications confirmed by YeHui Steel in the quotation or order confirmation.

5. Quality Inspection

YeHui Steel maintains quality control procedures throughout product sourcing, processing, inspection and delivery.

Where applicable, quality documents may include material certificates, inspection reports, test reports or other agreed documentation.

The Buyer may request pre-shipment inspection or third-party inspection, subject to prior agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, any third-party inspection costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer should inspect the products promptly after delivery and before cutting, processing, fabrication, installation or further use.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates stated in quotations or order confirmations are estimates unless expressly agreed as a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

Actual delivery may be affected by production schedules, material availability, port operations, customs clearance, transportation conditions, weather, government actions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, shipping terms, freight charges, insurance and transfer of risk shall be determined according to the applicable sales contract or agreed Incoterms® rule.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where required.

7. Packaging and Handling

Products will be packaged according to the agreed product type, transportation method and industry practice.

Special packaging requirements must be communicated before order confirmation and may result in additional charges.

After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for appropriate storage and handling. Steel products should be stored in suitable conditions to reduce exposure to moisture, water, chemicals, contamination and other factors that may affect product quality.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be specified in the quotation, sales contract or order confirmation.

Depending on the transaction, payment may be arranged by methods such as T/T, L/C or another mutually agreed method.

YeHui Steel reserves the right to suspend production or shipment if agreed payments are not received on time.

Bank charges, transaction fees, taxes or other payment-related costs shall be allocated according to the agreed payment terms.

9. Claims and Non-Conforming Products

If the Buyer believes that delivered products have shortages, visible damage or material non-conformity, the Buyer should notify YeHui Steel in writing as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

The claim should include relevant supporting information, such as:

Order number

Product description

Quantity affected

Photographs or videos

Packaging condition

Shipping documents

Inspection or test results, where applicable

The Buyer should preserve the relevant products and packaging and allow YeHui Steel or its appointed representative to inspect the claimed products when reasonably required.

Products that have been cut, processed, modified, fabricated, installed or otherwise used before inspection may limit our ability to determine the original condition of the products.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, YeHui Steel warrants that products supplied will materially conform to the specifications confirmed in the applicable sales documents at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

Improper storage

Improper handling

Improper processing or fabrication

Incorrect installation

Misuse or abnormal use

Unauthorized modification

Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions

Normal wear or commercially acceptable variations

Failure to follow applicable storage or handling recommendations

Where a valid quality claim is confirmed, the available remedy may include replacement, correction, credit or another solution mutually agreed by the parties, subject to the applicable sales contract and governing law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YeHui Steel shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of production, loss of business opportunities or downtime arising from the sale or use of the products.

Our liability relating to a specific order shall, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, be limited to the value of the affected products under that order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

YeHui Steel shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, strikes, government actions, export or import restrictions, port congestion, transportation disruption, power interruptions, supplier failure or significant market disruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the Buyer and seek an appropriate solution when such circumstances occur.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to YeHui Steel unless otherwise stated.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

14. Website Use

The information provided on this website is intended to support product understanding and business communication. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.

Users shall not use this website for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, data extraction, malicious activity or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during quotation, technical discussion and order negotiation that is identified as confidential shall be handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality obligations or a separate confidentiality agreement where one exists.

16. Compliance and Export Requirements

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, resale and use of the products comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.

The Buyer shall provide accurate information necessary for customs clearance, import documentation and other regulatory requirements.

Where applicable, both parties shall comply with relevant export control, sanctions, customs and trade regulations.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed in a written sales contract, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the jurisdiction agreed between the parties.

Any dispute arising from or relating to an order should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration institution agreed in the applicable sales contract.

18. Changes to These Terms

YeHui Steel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future website use and transactions, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
