The Ministry Of Transport Skills Competition Was Successfully Held
To promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, improve professional skills, and enhance team cohesion, our company's Transportation Department held a skills competition for drivers and conductors. The purpose of the competition was to... 33 truck drivers from the Transportation Department participated in this skills competition.
The competition consisted of two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The practical skills competition was held first, focusing on assessing the drivers' ability to reverse into a parking space. Drivers were required to complete the task according to the track rules within the competition area, without colliding with obstacles; otherwise, they would be eliminated. The driver whose rear end was closest to the obstacle would win. After the practical skills competition, the drivers returned to the multi-functional room for the exciting theoretical knowledge competition. This competition mainly focused on company management regulations such as the "Regulations on the Management of Transport Vehicles," "Safe Driving Guidelines," and "Guidelines for Loading and Unloading Transport Goods." Using a buzzer-style format, the drivers immediately showed great enthusiasm, eagerly answering questions and winning prizes carefully prepared by the company.
Through this skills competition, drivers and conductors further improved their safety awareness and strengthened their professional skills.
